Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, it is the Captain’s decision to delay or cancel trip for the safety of his crew and customers. Inclement weather can be described as thunderstorms involving torrential rains, lightning or high/gusty winds. Inclement weather also involves Small Craft Advisories for high waves. In the event that trip is canceled by the Captain, customer has option to reschedule charter trip at later date.
Customer Cancellation Policy
In the event that a customer would need to cancel a charter trip, proper time would be appreciated to potentially book another charter to take the place of the date cancelled. Seven-day notification of cancellation is appreciated.
